Project details
The client
Nory is a restaurant management system that combines real-time data with AI predictive analytics to help restaurants operate with consistency, certainty, and profitability.
The challenge
We partnered with Lucky Dip on this project to design and build Nory a new website. Lucky Dip had just completed a brand strategy project and a light touch visual identity project to help elevate Nory’s brand — both of which helped shape the website’s visual design.”
We faced several challenges to overcome with this project:
Clarify Nory’s value proposition by shifting the narrative from what the product does to how it helps restaurant teams thrive.
Improve storytelling and brand alignment through both messaging and visual design, ensuring the site reflects who Nory is.
Increase engagement and conversions by encouraging users to book live demos or take product tours.
Visualise the product experience more effectively, moving beyond static screenshots to better illustrate ease of use and core benefits.
Simplify the explanation of Nory’s offer, so users can quickly understand what it does without having to dive into every feature.
Accessibility
Working closely with Lucky Dip, we were responsible for designing and building a new website that fully expressed the rebrand and solved previous UX and messaging challenges.
We focused on three key goals:
1. Bringing the brand refresh to life online
With Lucky Dip leading a bold and confident brand refresh, our role was to translate that updated identity into a digital experience that felt just as sharp and purposeful. We used the new visual language, to create a website that feels cohesive, intuitive, and distinctly Nory.
2. Enhancing conversion pathways
We restructured content to surface value quickly, placed CTAs intuitively throughout the journey, and integrated scheduling tools to drive demo bookings. The product pages were made more visible and accessible to encourage exploration of some of the most important information on the site.
3. Showing, not telling
Instead of relying on flat UI visuals, Lucky Dip worked with animation studio Hello Bento to create animated stories to showcase Nory’s interface in a way that felt both usable and aspirational. Visual storytelling was used throughout to simplify how Nory is explained without diving deep into every feature.
Technology & Execution
The site was developed in Webflow, giving Nory’s team a user-friendly CMS to manage content with ease. Switching from WordPress streamlined maintenance and boosted site performance.
