The client
Connectr are a HR Technology start-up who sell digital products on a B2B SaaS subscription model. We work with them to improve customer satisfaction and improve their digital products. Our work has helped them acquire $14.2M in funding.
The challenge
Six years ago, Connectr, an early-stage start-up, sought a versatile Product Design partner to support the development of their flagship product and drive business growth. Their core focus was on creating software that was both highly accessible and user-friendly—a crucial requirement for their design partner.
At the time, they needed a flexible design team to accommodate the evolving needs of their business, spanning product design, branding, and marketing.
